Sherpa Success and Ego

Getting caught up chasing success and ego can sometimes cloud our judgement.  Watch my discussion with Dawa Jangbu Sherpa (nearly four years ago) on our way down from Mt Everest. Jangbu was one of the awesome Sherpa guides on our expedition, who became a friend. His simple perspectives like, “success is less important than safety” and “Ego is important but at a fixed quantity” are good reminders for all of us.
