This is a pretty amazing interactive photo of Mt. Everest.  While a picture (or in this case 477 photos stiched together) cannot capture the feeling of being on Mt. Everest, it allows for a close up view of Chomolungma.  Click below:

The photo was created by David Breashears who I happened to meet at Mt. Everest Base Camp in April. David created the Everest Imax film, which was shot during the disastorous Everest season of 1996 when eight people died on the mountain.
