More practice

Did more practice hikes over the weekend – one with my friend Mike on the Appalachian trail and with my sister Lauren near the Berkshires. I feel pretty comfortable, as my endurance and strength are improving.  But, I realize this is a “stroll in the park” compared to the challenge of Everest. Just about three months to go until that experience!
